Egg and Sausage Breakfast



1 ½ lbs pork sausage
9 eggs beaten
3 C milk
1 ½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
3 sliced bread, cubed and dried
1 ½ c shredded cheese

Brown meat and drain. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in bread, cheese and sausage. Combined all in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 300 for 1 hour.
