Hot Spinach Dip

2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 lbs spinach, cleaned trimmed and coarsely chopped
½ c milk
6 oz cream cheese
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot sauce
¾  c shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425. In large pot heat oil over medium heat and add onions and garlic, cook until lightly brown. Add spinach in two additions, letting the first batch wilt before adding the next. Cook about 5-8 minutes. Transfer to a colander, drain, pressing to release all excess liquid. In same pot, warm milk over high heat. Whisk in cream cheese until melted about 3 minutes. Add spinach, and rest of ingredients with sprinkling ½ c cheese on top. Bake until bubbly and golden brown about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
