Picadillo



3 T olive oil
1 onion minced
½ green pepper diced
2 cloves garlic pressed
1 lbs ground beef
1 tsp salt
8 oz tomato sauce
Green olives sliced
½ to 1 tsp cumin
½ tsp pepper
¼ c white wine dry
½ tsp oregano

Heat oil and sauté onion, pepper and garlic. Add beef and brown then dry ingredients, then remaining ingredients. Cook until down. Serve over white rice.
