Taco Beef Nuggets with Tejano Dipping sauce

1lbs ground beef
2 T taco seasoning
1 can (4 oz drained) chopped mild green chilies
16 (1/2 in) cubed Colby jack cheese
1 egg white in 1 T water
2 C crushed nacho cheese chips

Sauce:
6 T taco sauce
3 T honey

Combine beef, seasoning and chilies, divide into 16 portions shaping cheese inside ball. Beat egg white with water in shallow dish. Place chips (crushed) in shallow dish. Dip ball in egg then chips. Flattened into nugget shape. Spray pan and bake 15-20 minutes. Microwave sauce and pour over nuggets.
