Taco Soup



2 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped white onion
1/2 c chopped carrots
3 garlic cloves
4 c chicken stock
1 envelope taco seasoning

Cook chicken until white, remove chicken from pot then add in chopped veggies and cook until tender. While cooking chop up chicken into fine pieces. When veggies are done add chicken back in to pot and add chicken stock and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. top with shredded cheese if desired.
