Manicotti




12 manicotti noodle
1 bag mozzarella cheese
1 large ricotta cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
½ c thinly sliced onions
1 T garlic power
½ c parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste   
1 lbs ground turkey
Pasta sauce

Boil noodles in salted water and brown turkey. In medium bowl mix ricotta & mozzarella & parmesan cheese, egg,  onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Fold in turkey to cheese mixture. Drain noodles and let cool. Spread thin mixture of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture into shells and make single layer over pasta sauce. After stuffing all shells drizzle another layer of pasta sauce on top and finish with mozzarella cheese and a hint of oregano.
