Mac n' Cheese





1lb elbow macaroni
3 T butter
3 T flour
3 C milk
1 lb velveeta
I always sprinkle my mac n' cheese with old bay seasoning

Boil macaroni. In skillet mix butter and flour. Slowly add milk, bring to boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 lbs velveeta, turn down temp so you don’t burn. Pour over noodles.
