1 pkg manicotti shells
1 large carton sour cream
1 lbs ground beef
1 (32oz) jar spaghetti sauce
2 large pkg shredded mozzererla cheese
2 eggs
1 T garlic salt
Cook manicotti until tender and drain. Pour enough oil on to keep from sticking. Brown beed with garlic add salt and pepper. Beat eggs and sour cream and cheese together. Mix in drained beef. Stuff shells with mixture and place in casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.
