Sesame Chicken



1 lbs boneless chicken breast
2 T sugar
2 Y veg oil
2 T soy sauce
¼ t pepper
3 green onions chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 T sesame seeds
1 T veg oil
3 C hot cooked rice

Cut chicken diagonally. Mix sugar, veg oil, soy sauce, pepper, onions and garlic in bowl. Stir in chicken and cover in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drain chicken and stir in sesame seeds in skillet over medium heat. Serve over rice.
