Beef Stroganoff

1 lbs beef

1 small onion diced

1 10.5oz can cream of mushroom soup

1 c sour cream

Slice Beef this and brown with onion. Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer. Salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving add sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
