Toms Place Seafood Bisque

¾ c butter
¼ c chopped onion
1/3 c chopped green onion
2 c chicken broth
1 c chopped celery
3 carrots chopped small
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ lbs frozen haddock cut small
3 c while milk
1 c cream
1/3 c flour
16 oz cooked crab
1 can shrimp

Heat butter in large pan. Add onion and green onion and cook. Stir in chicken broth, celery, carrots, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaves and fish. Simmer for 25 minutes. Slowly add 1 c milk to flour. Mix until smooth. Stir remaining milk and cream. Bring to a boil. Stir in crab and claims.

    We are TOMS PLACE FREAKS ! And have looked for this recipe forever ! I do not see Thyme in the recipe , bay leaf or the claims ?? I assume that is clams ?? Tell me ..do you know the measurements of those ingredients or is this a glitch ?? Dying to hear from you ..!! How did you find this ??
