White Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Many people eat these pretzels over the holidays but they dont realize how simple they are to make. The mix of salty and sweet cant be beat.


What you need:
-Pretzels (you can use any shape you want)
- White chocolate bar (also known as almond bark)

Fill small sauce pan halfway full with water, heat over med-high heat. Put chocolate in larger saucepan and set on top of smaller one. Let chocolate melt fully but do not burn so stir stir stir. Dump a handful of pretzels into melted chocolate and stir around gently. Use tongs to pick out each pretzel and place on a wire rack. To avoid mess but a cookie sheet under wire rack. It is sooo simple but sooo good!!
