Bacon Bundles

1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese with chives softened
1 ½ T mayo
25 sliced multigrain bread halved with crust removed.
25 strips bacon halved

Combine cream cheese and mayo. Mix until well blended and smooth. Spread 1 tsp of mixture on each slice of bread and roll up tightly. Wrap each roll up with half a strip of bacon and secure with toothpick. These may be frozen at this point. Allow to reach room temperature before baking. Place on boiler pan. Bake 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy, turn is necessary. Serve hot. Makes 4 dozen.
