Garlic Soup



2 small onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ c butter
6 T flour
6 c chicken broth
¼ to ½ tsp cayenne pepper

In large saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add broth. Bring to a boil: cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 15 minutes stir in cayenne.
