Hash Brown Casserole


32 oz frozen shredded potatoes
1 can cream of chicken
½ c melted butter
12 oz shredded cheese
8oz sour cream
½ small onion
Salt and pepper
Topping
3 cups crushed corn flakes
½ c melted butter
Mix all but topping together and put in greased 9x 13 pan. Combine topping ingredients then sprinkle on potato mix. Bake 350 for 45 minutes uncovered.
