6 med russet potatoes
6 sweet potatoes
2/3 c sour cream divided
1/3 C shredded cheese
4 T chives divided
Pierce potatoes with fork. Bake 400 for 60-70 minutes. Let cool a bit. Cut lengthwise the russet potato and scoop out middle. But insides in medium bowl and mash with 1/3 sour cream, milk, cheese and chives and salt. Set aside. Cut sweet potato lengthwise and scoop out inners but in another medium bowl. Mash with remaining ingredients. Stuff each potato skin with ½ of regular potato and half sweet potato mix. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
